Every wedding moves the same way and no two feel alike. What follows is a day from start to finish, drawn from weddings across the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach, from quiet mornings to the last song of the night.
The Details
Fine details show up all day, not just before the ceremony. The rings, the invitations, the cake, a candle catching light on a reception table. I look for these throughout the day, not just in the morning.
Getting Ready
This is where the full story starts. Whether it's the bride or groom with their closest friends and family, getting ready gives you all the moments that don't get scripted, the reactions, the laughing, the small details in hair and makeup. It's one of my favorite parts of the day to photograph.
The Ceremony
This is the part where I move the most. Different angles, different reactions, the small things happening at the edges while everyone's watching the aisle. You get to see it from every side, not just the one you were standing on.
Portraits
A short stretch of the day is set aside for portraits, the couple and the wedding party. Enough direction to feel comfortable, without losing what makes it feel real. I try to tell the couple's story by matching their energy and personality.
The Reception
This is where the night opens up. Guests are dancing, toasts are happening, the energy is building, and none of it feels staged. You're present with the people who matter most, not stepped away for photos. A dark reception space is no problem, I light the room properly so your dance floor photos look amazing.
